Description of Construction Contract Works The work comprises the construction, completion & maintenance of B+G+1+2 Storey Administration Office building, Stores, Car & Trucks Parking for Supreme Council of Justice at Industrial area with all associated services and external works. The buildings are generally composed of in-situ reinforced concrete framed structures with block works with all associated finishes, services and external works. A) Main building: Admin offices + Store B+G+1+2 Basement Car parking: 55 parking Ground Floor: Reception Area +store: Reception Area: • Waiting area • Lifts for Employee • Fire Exit • Toilets & kitchenette Store: • Store for heavy movables + Area for auctions • Lifts for services • Area for Delivery and receipt of movables First Floor: Offices + Store • Open space offices • Toilets & kitchenette • Store for light & priced movable Second Floor: Store+ Auction hall • Store for light movables • Toilets & kitchenette • Bridge to the Cafeteria B) Services Building: • Water Tanks • Sub Station • Elect Room • Exhaust air duct from basement C) Circular Building Guards Office+ toilets & kitchenette Ground Floor Guards room + toilets & kitchenette First floor Cafeteria + toilets & kitchenette Second Floor Shaded Area • Car Parking : 7 truck parking 12 car parking The Construction Works shall be completed within 540 days.
